Cordelia – Thanks Eve! The quantity of CSA produce does make quite a formidable challenge. I belong to a wonderful food coop which gets a lot of local produce, so I ha7n2&#8e1v;t yet plunged into the CSA world… although I think I might cave in next spring. I’d love to hear if there are any particular vegetables that you’re having trouble getting rid of… Lately I’ve become really interested in old preservation techniques to help put those veggies to good use– I’m quickly becoming an obsessed pickler. I think my next big project might be sauerkraut!
